Our AI analysis is designed to help you understand your blood test results but should never replace professional medical consultation. Always discuss your results with qualified healthcare providers.

Acceptance of Terms

Using FeatherDoc means you accept these terms.
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian’s consent.
We may update these terms, and will say so on this page with the date above.
Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Service Description

Encrypted storage of the blood-test reports you upload, linked to your account and downloadable or deletable by you at any time. This is free.
On a paid subscription, a plain-language explanation of a report you have stored, describing each value against the reference ranges printed on that report.
An explanation is not a diagnosis, not medical advice, and not a substitute for a qualified clinician.
Availability is subject to maintenance and updates.

User Responsibilities

Upload only your own reports, or those you are entitled to hold.
Keep control of the mailbox you sign in with — anyone with access to it can reach your account.
Use the service lawfully.
Tell us at [email protected] if you find a security problem, and we will not pursue you for reporting it in good faith.

Prohibited Uses

Uploading another person’s medical records without their consent.
Probing, scraping or attacking the service or the accounts of others.
Sharing account access with people it was not issued to.
Reselling explanations or presenting them as clinical opinion.

Billing and subscriptions

Storage is free. Explanations require a subscription: €9 per month, or €90 per year, charged in advance. You may see the amount in your local currency at checkout; the price is set in euros.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancelling stops the next charge; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Your statutory cancellation and refund rights under the consumer law that applies to you are unaffected by anything here. If a charge looks wrong to you, email [email protected] and we will look at it.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties.
We are not liable for medical decisions taken on the basis of an explanation.
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they do not apply to you.

Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard, without contacting anyone. Deleting it deletes your reports; we keep only what the law requires us to keep, and nothing else.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful activities.
